SchoolOS is a cloud-based (SaaS) platform offered on a subscription model (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected plan.
All payments made for SchoolOS subscriptions are non-refundable.
This includes:
Partial usage of a billing cycle
Unused features within a plan
Early cancellation of subscription
Downgrade to a lower plan
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
Duplicate payment
Incorrect billing amount
Technical issues preventing access (verified by our team)
Any such requests will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of SchoolOS.
Schools may request a free demo before purchasing
This allows evaluation of the platform before making payment
We strongly recommend testing features during the demo period
Schools can cancel their subscription at any time
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds will be issued after cancellation
Additional charges will apply based on the selected plan
New features become available immediately
Reduced features based on the new plan
No refund for the price difference
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
SchoolOS is not responsible for any issues caused by payment gateways.
