Welcome to SchoolOS (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our school management platform, website, and related services.

By accessing or using SchoolOS, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Overview

SchoolOS is a cloud-based (SaaS) platform designed to help schools manage operations such as attendance, fees, exams, communication, and reporting.

These services are provided to:

  • Schools and educational institutions

  • Administrators, teachers, staff

  • Students and parents (via school access)

2. Account Registration

  • Schools must provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Each institution is responsible for managing its users (admins, teachers, students)

  • Login credentials must be kept secure

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Subscription & Packages

SchoolOS operates on a subscription-based model with multiple packages.

a) Plan Features

  • Each plan includes specific features and limits

  • Features may include:

    • Attendance management

    • Fee management

    • Exam and results

    • Communication tools

    • Reports and analytics

b) Usage Limits

Depending on the selected package, limits may apply to:

  • Number of students

  • Number of staff accounts

  • Storage usage

  • Enabled modules

c) Upgrade & Downgrade

  • Schools may upgrade their plan at any time

  • Downgrading may result in restricted access to certain features

  • Existing data remains محفوظ (retained) but may not be accessible under lower plans

4. Payments & Billing

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance (monthly or yearly)

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

  • All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Refund Policy

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable

  • Refunds (if any) are provided at our sole discretion

  • No refunds for partial usage or unused subscription periods

6. Data Ownership

  • Schools retain ownership of their data

  • SchoolOS only processes data to provide services

  • We do not sell or misuse your data

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system

  • Upload harmful or unauthorized content

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users

8. Service Availability

  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data, including:

  • Secure servers

  • Role-based access control

However, no system is completely secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payment is not completed

  • Misuse of the platform is detected

Schools may also request account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

SchoolOS shall not be held liable for:

  • Data loss due to user actions

  • Service interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (Gujarat jurisdiction).
